Hello, I’m back! After taking a step back from blogging to adjust to some changes in my life, I’m finally back in the blogosphere. The main change in my life during my blogging break has been starting university. The first semester went so quickly but I loved every minute of it. Right now, I couldn't be happier. The lecturers are inspiring, the content is extremely interesting and I've enjoyed completing assignments on the great books and plays that I've studied in the first few months of my degree. The format of university life suits me so well: it still doesn't feel real when I think back to this time last year when I was dreaming of studying my favourite subject in my favourite city, uncertain of whether I would make it there or not. I also didn't imagine connecting with such lovely people so early on in my university career: Abby, Hannah, Miles, Cielo and Beckie, you've made my first semester better than I ever could have imagined. Look out for more university related posts in the near future, but for now, if you're reading this and are apprehensive about starting university in 2019, don't be: the first semester especially is a really exciting time.

You may wonder why my blog has been changed from 'TeenBookHoots' to 'Georgia's Life.' I've blogged since I was thirteen years old, so I decided at eighteen, it was time for a change to reflect my growth through adolescence into adulthood. Although I still want to create book related content, I want to write more student, lifestyle and travel posts. Watch out for new content from me in the coming months!
